I know that there are entire books on many of the subjects in this paper. The best way to learn more about them is to stop by you local library and start looking. Even if you don't get what you wanted when you went in, your bound to work out with something good. Of special note, however, is anything by Sir Thomas Heath. He still seems to be the authority.
