Obverse Type: Within a dotted circle stands the winged and draped figure of Victoria (Victory) in 3/4-view to the left. She holds a palm in her right hand but turns her head back to the right, where she reaches her left hand out to a trophy that she has erected. A diminutive Armenian stands in 3/4-view to the left, next to the trophy, with his hands clasped in front. A second Armenian is seated on the ground, at the foot of the trophy, profile to the right, clasping his left knee.
