Killed--Corporal L. McCurry, Private Henry Gordon.
Wounded--Sergeant Daniel Toomey, Privates Brown, Emmit Wells, and J. P. Wills .
Lieutenant Ritter was also wounded on the instep by a piece of shell, but was not obliged to leave his command.
