... the schooner Thos. F. Dawson, of Richmond, got into a fight on board, at Norfolk, Va., Saturday afternoon, during which they fell overboard, and one of them, Ben Drummond, owned by Mrs. Anderson, of York county , was drowned.
The other, Dick Brock, owned by Wm. Brent, of Richmond, being a good swimmer, escaped.
He was committed to jail.
