--Hen William F. Giles, son of Judge Giles, of Maryland, late Consul General to Switzerland, and Mr. Hill, late of California, a brother of Gen D. H. Bill , succeeded recently in escaping from Lincoln's dominions and crossing the Potomac.
They arrived yesterday in the capital of the Southern Confederacy.
