...anger arrested yesterday afternoon a negro fellow named Bill, slave of Harriet Peck, charged with stealing a black cloth cloak, one shirt, one ladies' skirt and a little girl's dress, the property of Susannah Larmond . Bill was locked up in the lower cage for examination this morning.
