Detail of side A, left: a nude, bearded man, standing profile to the right, holds a stag; he faces a nude youth, who wears a taenia on his head, and holds a spear in his right hand; another nude, bearded man, standing profile to the right, holding a cock, faces a nude girl (?), who wears a taenia on her head and holds a flower in her upraised right hand and a wreath in her left hand, at waist level; another nude, bearded man, standing profile to the right, holding a crane in his upraised left hand, faces a nude youth, who wears a taenia on his head and holds an aryballos and a spear in his right hand. Note also the holes in the wall of the cup, which evidence ancient repairs.
