Case re-heard. --John Dilworth was before the Mayor yesterday for a re-hearing in the case in which he is charged with giving an old man, named Solomon Hecht, a violent slap, producing insensibility, at the house of A. Nott, auctioneer, a few days since. There being no witnesses present who knew anything about the occurrence, the case was continued until the 12th inst.
