Reports of the Richmond Daily Press,from Charleston. Charleston, September 26. --Truce communications took place in the harbor to-day. Eighteen Yankee surgeons and chaplains were rejected by us. A number of women and children were sent on board the Yankee truce steamer. A clergyman and five soldiers came into our lines to-day. One hundred and fifty boxes of stores and clothing from the New York Sanitary Commission, for Yankee prisoners in our hands, were received and brought to the city. Our returned prisoners report a recent increase of troops at Hilton Head from New York. On the 1st of October, an exchange of naval prisoners will take place in the harbor. Four hundred more Confederate prisoners have been placed in pens on Morris island.
