Ordnance practice — no tidings of the fleet. Wilmington, N C., Nov. 1. --The reported cannonading about 1 o'clock this morning, in the direction of Fort Caswell, turns out to have been nothing more than the trial of ordnance. Such exercise is very injudicious at such a time as this. There were no tidings of the fleet in this section up to nine o'clock to-night.
