Three days later from Europe.$600,000 in specie on Freight. St. Johns, N. F.,Dec. 21. --The steamship Fulton, from Southampton on the 12th inst., arrived off Cape Race at 5 o'clock this morning, where she was intercepted by the news yacht of the Associated Press. Her advices are three days later than those received by the Persia, at New York. The steamship Canada, from Boston, arrived at Liverpool on the 9th inst. The steamship City of Baltimore, from New York, arrived at Queenstown on the evening of the 11th inst. The Fulton has 500 tons of merchandize, $600,000 in specie, and 198 passengers. The Fulton reports, Dec. 14, lat. 56.30, ton, 11.10, passed ship Montebello, bound East. France had granted an amnesty to the French journals for previous infractions of the Press law. King Victor Emanuel returned to Naples on the 7th inst., and would remain there a fortnight. The Sardinians would await the fall of Gaeta before summoning the citadel of M
