Wyer and Samuel Brooks, surveyors of highways for the town of Medford, forthwith cause the northerly half of said bridge, to be well and sufficiently repaired and to make return to the Court, of the cost and charges thereof, who will apportion the charges to the several towns that have time out of mind mended and repaired said north end of Mistick bridge.
