Forney and given to Col. C. M. Wncox, of the 10th Alabama, who was commissioned a Brigadier. Gen. Cadmus M. Wilcox is a resigned U. S. officer, born in North Carolina, is a citizen of Tennessee, and was appointed to West Point from that State.
