Mr. Baker, of Grace Church, (Episcopal) A communication was received from the House of Delegates announcing the passage of sundry bills. Unfinished business. The bill to authorize certain railway connections in Richmond and Petersburg, pending at the adjournment yesterday, was, on motion of Mr. McKennry, made the order of the day for Friday next, at 1 o'clock P.
