From this place the company went to Churchville, Augusta county, Va. In April, 1862, it was reorganized, and new officers elected.
From Churchville, under the command of Major George Jackson, this and several other cavalry companies were sent ouldin, Breckenridge C., Second Lieutenant and Adjutant 14th Virginia Cavalry.
