Tuesday, April 7, 1863. Specie and Bank Notes.--We continue to quote gold at $4 premium, telling rate, with more firmness in the market reported. Silver may be quoted at $3.75 premium. Bank notes have advanced. The brokers to-day were asking 75 per cent. Bonds and Stocks.--At Messrs.
