Later from Europe.arrival of the Africa. New York, July 29. --The steamship Africa with Liverpool dates to July 20th, was boarded off Cape Race on Sunday afternoon. The rip to the Cape was made within eight hours. The steamship Kangaroo arrived out on the 18th of July. Liverpool Cotton Market.--The sales of cotton for the week ending on Thursday, 19th inst., reached 113,000 bales, of which speculators and exporters took each 28,000 bales.--The inferior grades advanced during the week Fair and middling Orleans were quotedhigher. On Friday the sales reached 12,000 bales, and the market closed firmer.--Private circulars report the sales on Friday t from 15 to 20,000 bales, at the fullest prices. Breadstuffs were dull and with a declining tendency. Provisions were quiet. Latest from Liverpool.-- Saturday afternoon, July 20.--By Telegraph to London Ferry.--The sales of cotton to day were 15,000 bales, and the market closed firm. London Money Market.--Co
