Advices received in this city through private sources from Mexico state that the war in the United States is attracting the special attention of the Imperial Government. The only intelligence contained in the Yankee papers about Sheridan's movements in Northern Virginia is derived from "deserters and refugees." They publish the following dispatches on the subject: War Department, Washington, March 5, 1865.
