The Daily Dispatch: February 22, 1864., [Electronic resource], Re-Enlistments for the
Case of Mrs. Mary Carolina Allan. --This case came on to be heard before Judge Halyburton on Saturday on application for bail through counsel for the accused, Messrs, Lyons and Randolph. The testimony brought out in the examination of the cause before Commissioner Watson was submitted to the Judge, after hearing which the accused was admitted to bail in the sum of $100,000, to appear for trial before the Confederate States' Court on the 15th March next. Patterson Allan, Esq., her husband, went her bail.
