The Third Regiment South Carolina Volunteers, 1,000 strong, reached this city yesterday morning between 6 and 7 o'clock, and went into camp near the Reservoir. Cornelius McLean, of the Baltimore bar, died a few days ago. Winfield Scott Anderson, arrested in Baltimore for "treason," has been discharged. The town of Leesburg, was in possession of our troops last Friday On the Friday night a fire at Chamber, Mo. destroyed $39,000 worth of property.
