Pardoned. --Antonio Samanni, convicted by the Hustings Court, a short time since, of entering, by false keys, the iron safe of A. M. Bailey & Co., proprietors of the Sentinel newspaper, and stealing therefrom several thousand dollars, for which he was sentenced to three years and six months imprisonment in the penitentiary, has, we learn, been pardoned by Governor Smith. The proprietors of the Sentinel were mainly instrumental in obtaining his release.
