C. S. N., Medical Director of Forces under Gen. H. A. Wise. Mr. Boteler's arrest. The Winchester Republican furnishes the subjoined interesting particulars of the arrest and release of the Hon. Alexander R. Boteler by the Yankee troops: "It appears that he was arresth Massachusetts Regiment, at the instance (as Colonel L. assured Mr. Boteler) of the "Union men" living on both sides of the Potomac, who haddone to the detriment of the Yankee cause in that locality." Mr. Boteler demanded to be confronted with the low, sneaking traitors who ha substantiate their charges against him. This Col.
