Mr. Brannon moved that the Governor's Message and the Kentucky resolutions be which preceded them.
Mr. Finney accepted the amendment of Mr. Brannon, and a division of the question was then made, and the Kentucky hmond, Stuart, Thomas of Fairfax, and Townes.--13.
Nays.--Messrs. Brannon, Claiborne, Coghill, Day, Early, Finney, Gatewood, Isbell, LynSmith, Taliaferro, and Thomas of Henry. --14.
