ney moved to lay the Minnesota resolutions under the table. Mr. Brannon moved that the Governor's Message and the Kentucky resolutions be which preceded them. Mr. Finney accepted the amendment of Mr. Brannon, and a division of the question was then made, and the Kentucky hmond, Stuart, Thomas of Fairfax, and Townes.--13. Nays.--Messrs.
