Voting in Virginia — the vile creature Brooks. The New York Express has the following: "Voting in Virginia.--It seems to be understood that all the Confederate States troops in Virginia are to vote on the final secession of that State. A regular camp vote is to be taken — so many men from Alabama, so many from South Carolina, so many from Tennessee, &c. It is suggested that several of our Zouave regiments should also vote on the other side. Bilty Wilson's men are used to the import
litary duty to vote at any place they might happen to be. We don't suppose the Express will correct the falsehood, and don't care whether it does or not. We only desire to call attention to the patronizing of the Wilson thieves and cut-throats by Brooks of the New York Express.--All we have to say to him is, send on your Billy Wilsons--come yourself with them — and don't be talking about it. It by no means follows that because the Wilson bullies are allowed to hold tallow-fac and emasculated deb<
