Threatening to Kill, &c. --In default of security to keep the peace, the Recorder yesterday committed Catharine Burns to jail for threatening to terminate Catharine Doyle's existence by violent means. The husband of the latter, James Doyle, who, in taking up the cudgels in her defence, had rendered himself obnoxious to the law, was also "retired from circulation," in default of a voucher.
