The Convention of Franklin (Ohio) district selected Hons Sam Medary and S S Cox, with similar resolutions. The Illinois Democratic State Convention met at Springfield on the 17th, and nominated a full electoral ticket and appointed delegates to the National Convention. A dispatch was read in Convention from the President of the District Convention, at Hamilton, Ohio, announcing the safe arrival there of Mr. Vallandigham.
