A Lanor. Contract. --Stephen Cromwell, Esq., of Camden, Onida county, has made a contract by which he is to furnish one hundred and fifty thousand cords of wood for the Central Railroad Company. The magnitudes of this contract can be understood only when we take into consideration the fact, that it, makes a pile four fact high, and not least than two hundred and twenty-seven miles in length, and requires the delivery of usually fifty cords a day (Sundays excepted) for ten years--Trey (N. Y.) Bugle.
