Unfounded charge. --Two men named Americus Crutchfield and Henry Ward, were arraigned before Recorder Caskie, charged by Jesse O. Newton, with stealing a silver timepiece worth $20. An examination of the premises led the Recorder to the conclusion, that it did not take two men to steal one watch, and that the parties accused were not guilty. They were let off.
