have been held in Richmond during the past week closed on Friday night with the convocation of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter at the Masons' Hall, on Franklin street, between Eighteenth and Nineteenth. The session was largely attended by Masons from every part of the State. The proceedings were very harmonious, and a considerable amount of legislative business connected with the interests of the Order was disposed of.
