House of Representatives. Tuesday, Sept. 2d, 1862. The House met at 12 o'clock, and was opened with prayer by Rev. Mr. Dashiell. Journal of yesterday read. A message was received from President Davis, enclosing dispatches from Gen. Lee, which were read by the Clerk.
