he Medical College. --The Annual Commencement of the Medical College of Virginia was held at the African Church last night. Dr. A. E. Peticolas delivered the address to the graduates. The ceremonies of the evening were of an interesting character, and the large concourse of ladies and gentlemen present were much pleased with the entertainment.
