Confederate States District Court. In Judge Halyburton's court yesterday the following business was transacted: On the petition for sequestration of property against John Osborne, an alien enemy, a decree was entered conveying said property to the Confederate States. Robert F. Nelson and James Echols entered into bonds in the sum of five thousand dollars, conditioned upon the appearance of Nelson at the March term of the court to answer an indictment for misdemeanor. The habeas corpus cases of Lewis F. Sevary and John N. Davis were continued till Thursday. The court will meet again this morning at 11 o'clock.
