Miscellaneous matters. The subjoined summary of recent events at the North will repay perusal: Arrests at Baltimore. The Baltimore Exchange, of Monday, says: On Saturday afternoon twenty-one young men were arrested at the North Point House by vice-policeman Fay and a squad of ten men, and brought to the city, on the charge of leaving the city with the intention of joining the Confederate army. The vice-police department received information that some thirty persons were leaving the city with the intention of rendezvousing at the North Point House, where they were to get on board a schooner and proceed down the Bay to the Virginia shore. The vice-police immediately proceeded to the North Point House and took the party into custody. The following is a list of the names of those arrested:--Thomas Shields, Wm. McKewen, B. F. McAnly, Geo. Thompson, John Wilkins, Wm. Ellis, James Harkin, Patrick Croughen, James Campbell, David H. Luchosi, Alex. O'Connor, Fred. Salenba
