A negro man, named Dick, was arrested in Louisa county on Friday last. Mr. James Fitz, Jr., it seems, had two horses stolen from him on Thursday night, and the next morning started in pursuit. He found his horses at Mr. Davis's in the possession of Dick, who also had with him another horse, taken in the neighborhood. Dick has been engaged in a regular business of this sort for a considerable time, and it is probable that he is only one of an organization who have been carrying horses off from this county. He is known to have passed down on the Three-Chop road repeatedly
