of the late Mary Fulchel, dec'd, I shall, as her executor, proceed to sell, at public auction, on the premises, on Thursday, the 7th March, 1861, at 11 o'clock A. M., (if fair, if not, the first fair day thereafter,) all the Real and Personal Estate belonging to the decedent, consisting of the following, viz; the Plantation called "Springfield," on which the testator recently resided, containing 407½ Acres, lying in the county of Hanover, adjoining the lands of Rev. F. M. Barker, Col. Edm'd Fontaine and others. On this plantation there is a large and excellent Brick Dwelling, containing ample accommodations for a large family, beside Kitchen, Quarters, Stables, Ice-House, &c. There is now seeded on the place about 80 bushels of Wheat, with six tons of guano. At the same time and place will be sold six Valuable Slaves; also, the Farming Implements, and Crops on hand, four good Mules, one excellent light Carriage and Harness, in good order, and a pair of gentle, well-matched Horses
