Whipped. --Letitia, a negro woman belonging to James Fry, was arrested on Tuesday night without a pass. Alderman Sanxay ordered her to receive twenty lashes. Thirty-nine lashes were ordered William, belonging to Samuel Hastings, caught with a lot of iron belonging to the C. S. Government.
