Casualties in the 27th Georgia regiment.
Field and Staff.--Killed; Captain Thomas J. Bacon, commissary.
Wounded: Col. Levi B. Smith, servers flesh wound in thigh.
Four balls penetrated Col Smith's clothes, one his sword scabbard, and two his horse; Lieut Jas Gardner, very slightly, leg.
