Shooting. --Jno. Green, charged with shooting William Jenkins, with intent to kill, was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday. L. M. Jude, deposed that Green was brought to the watch-house on Saturday night, charged with shooting a man. He knew nothing of the case. A man named McDowell brought him in. Dr. Jas. V. Cook, Surgeon at the Louisiana Hospital, deposed that a man was brought to the hospital Saturday night, badly shot in the left thigh. It will be some six weeks before he can appear here. The case was continued to Wednesday.
