Sundry men taken up for drunkenness were let out yesterday morning, after a night's detention in the cage.--About ten o'clock on Saturday night the watchmen found a suspicious looking party on Maio street, dressed in male habiliments, who did not wear the breeches as if they were used to it. On being taken to the cage the party was found to be a woman in men's clothing.
The would-be man gave her name as Tenella Green.
She gave bail to appear before the Mayor this morning.
