nt of Gen. Butler's position. Our men could see the gas lights in Richmond. They took three hundred prisoners. Capt Howe, A. A. G., of rebel Gen. Ruggles's staff, and seventeen officers and three hundred rebel prisoners, have arrived from Belle Plain in charge of Capt Hond, of the 18th veteran corps, en route in Fort Delaware.
