New volunteer Company. --A volunteer company is now being raised here by Roscoe B. Heath, Esq., and his associates, one of whom is Charles S. Morgan, Jr., a West Point Cadet for over three years, who is thoroughly acquainted with the duty of the soldier and possesses the faculty of easily imparting information to recruits. The company now in process of formation by Mr. Heath is backed by men of ample means, and there is every assurance that they will be put on the best footing before entghly acquainted with the duty of the soldier and possesses the faculty of easily imparting information to recruits.
