Hustings Court. --Habeas corpus cases occupied the entire-time of this court yesterday. Frank Jackson was discharged, under a writ of habeas corpus, from Castle Thunder and sent back to his regiment. A writ was awarded Patrick O'Conner, of the Third Howitzers, made returnable on Thursday. The habeas corpus cases of James T. Coghill, E. Gathright, J. R. Mountcastle and Robert S. Pollard were continued until the next term of the court. The case of N. C. Shepherd was partly heard, and continued till this morning, at which time the court adjourned to meet.
