Virginia Legislature. [extra session.] Senate. Friday, February 10, 1865. The Senate was called to order at noon. Mr. Keen, of Pittsylvania, after an absence at home of a few days, re-appeared in his seat. A communication was received from the House of Delegates announcing that they had agreed to a resolutio from the Governor of North Carolina informing him that the Legislature of that State had agreed to a change of guage of the Piedmont railroad. On motion of Mr. Keen, the communication was referred to the Committee on Roads and Internal Improvements.
