Address of Gen. Lee to his Army. The following general order of Gen. R. E. Lee to his army; issued from Hagerstown on Saturday, was found, says the Baltimore American, when Gen. Kilpatrick entered the town on Sunday morning: Hdq'rs Army Northern Virginia, July 11th, 1863.
