James Thrasher, a prominent merchant of London, who lately returned from, that city to Louisville, has been arrested by the military. Sir George St. Leger drenfell, a dashing cavalry officer, formerly of the British army, who distinguished himself in the Crimes and in Africa has joined our forces at Chattanooga.
