Hung jury. --The jury in the case of J. W. Harris, tried yesterday in the Hustings Court for stealing a horse from Dr. Charles Mayo, of Buckingham, being unable to agree upon their verdict, were discharged at a late in the afternoon. Subsequently, an attempt was made by prisoner's counsel the obtain bail, but Judge Lyon's considered the matter of too grave importance to admit bail, and thereupon committed him to prison.
