Widdicomb, of the District of Columbia, has been promoted to a second-class clerkship in the same office. Nathaniel Page, of Illinois; Garrett Luff, of Delaware; and Cyrus Widus, (charged to, but not from, Virginia,) have been appointed to first-class clerkships in the Sixth Auditor's Office. John J.
