Liberty is St. Louis. --The bones of Col. Emmat McDonald and Col. John M. Wimer, of St. Louis, who fell at the battle of Hartsville, were denied interment in Cemetery! The procession accompanying their remains to the Potter's field was arrested and dispersed! Wimer had been Mayor of St. Louis, Postmaster, Sheriff County Commissioner, etc., etc., in former years! The living are bound with irons — the dead are insulted and dishonored.
