Mayor's Court.--Monday January 19th. --The four men arrested by the police on Saturday, for disturbing the peace of 17th street, were arraigned for an examination, which resulted in the committal of Dan Eagan, Thomas E Conn and John McManan, for want of security, and the charge of James Capt. Thos. H. Conn, who was arrested several weeks since for stabbing Kapharet was examined, for the alleged offence, Kapharet having sufficiently recovered to be present at the heating.
