Goochland County, to Wit: To the Clerk of the County Court of said County: We, Lennaws Woodson, Narcissus W Miller, and Jno Thompson, Jr, three freeholders of the said county, do hereby certify that by virtue of a warrant to us, directed by Benjamin Anderson, a justice of the said county, we have this day viewed and appraised head and a white strip down to the nose; his hind legs and postures bend very much, and seems to be injured in the left stifle joint and is stringhalted in the left hind leg.
